My brother had used Golden State Solar and highly recommended them to do mine. The first thing that really impressed me was the owner came out and walked us through the whole process. All the other companies we received bids from only did emails and phone calls. Secondly, every time I called or emailed Tim, I would get an immediate answer or a call back the same day.

When it came to the actual job itself it went flawlessly and looks great. Tim even noticed my gutters were full of mud and leaves and actually cleaned them for me at no charge. This was one of the best experiences I’ve had dealing with a contractor and can’t recommend them enough.

Golden State Solar installed a solar system on our home last month and we couldn’t be happier with the results. We were paying $400-$600 a month for our electric portion of the PG&E bill. Our first month with solar our bill $18.00. The owner, Tim, was so nice and professional. He is an electrician and also upgraded our main panel and sub panel in the garage and fixed the grounding in our home. Now our lights don’t flicker high and low. I would recommend him for anyone wanting to go solar.

Tim is amazing. He can work on anything, does a great job, and has fair prices. I so appreciate having him in the neighborhood.
